We have a very strong set of standards (guidelines, templates, checklists and reviews) to be followed by our analysts and developers which makes us no room for any errors. OTM does insists business case for every development that it picks and if it is not already there, we work with our clients to build the same. If it is not viable, we suggest dropping those.
